The members behind Kids With A Cause are young performers in the Entertainment Industry (film, television, stage & music) who recognize, even at young ages, that it is never too early or never too late to give back to the children in their communities and to the children of the world.
Kids With A Cause was founded by Linda Finnegan in September, 1999, to teach the principles and practices of philanthropy to today's youth. Through unique and interactive programs, Kids With A Cause inspires children & teens to become caring and compassionate individuals and encourages them to continue their philanthropic efforts into their adult years.
The unique perspective of Kids With A Cause is the empowerment of YOUth.

Our members participate in programs and projects that are designed to improve the quality of life for less fortunate youth. These unique programs enable our celebrity youth members and recipient children to participate together in interesting, fun and educational activities and make a difference in each other's lives.
Kids With A Cause programs are specifically created to provide a "hand-up" rather than offer a "hand-out" and encourage children to be independent, confident and caring.

There are times when youth recipients receive specific gift items from our charity, such as:
coloring books & crayons for pediatric patients
blankets for children in homeless shelters
"Kits With A Cause" (which contain daily essentials for those in need after a natural disaster occurs)
Although we provide items of need at a time of need, each program we create is carefully developed to inspire, motivate and encourage youth and to help support specific causes.
There are two main Program Functions we fulfill:

Health & Well-Being Programs
Each year various recipient organizations are selected as Kids With A Cause "partners." These partnerships are with hospitals, group homes, homeless shelters and many other social service agencies. Program elements are determined by Kids With A Cause and the recipient organizations in order to achieve the most successful results for all.

We have found that even a little, helps a lot and we encourage you to
